The interview process involved a phone screen and an on site interview. The interview was initially scheduled for July but in the leading days up to the interview they cut all communication and would not respond to a simple email or voicemail. Two weeks after the initial interview date, they reached out and asked to reschedule the interview for early August. After being interviewed on site they again went completely dark on me and neglected, or refused, to return any emails or phone calls regarding my status as an applicant. Of all the organizations I interviewed with, the UCH Strategy and Planning department was the least professional in their handling of the hiring process.
