The process was simple, they asked a few questions of what I did before, what I want to do next as a career and long term goal. Asked if I had questions and that's where I wanted to know if I could ever be coneetee from contractor role to permanent. The answer was 'depends' on position availability, performance and standard bs but it was upsetting to me personally to hear that. Other than it, after I got the job it was a really nice team.

Entretien
One in person interview about 2 hours long. Met with the entire team. It was a good process that was made easy by great communication. Heard back quickly after in person interview.
Really Bad Management. Too hierarchal. Compensation was difficult to negotiate. Pay was low and was not negotiable. Supervisors had no social skills. Retail job has better environment and social savvy. Got better doing that for a few months, which helped my future professional career. Without a bridge like that I would be stuck with egghead mentality and not an executive path.
