Attended a Career fair.Got a mail to take a 15 min online test for 30 questions similar to GRE (English and Maths) exam. Immediately got a call from them seeking a face to face interview lasting for 1 and half hour. At the onsite, first the president asked me to tell about myself, my strengths, weakness and work experience. Then I was asked to take 12 minute assessment test for 50 questions and next I was asked to give a programming evaluation test of 20 minutes for writing code for 4 questions using any language. I used C language. Then I again had personal interview by other two recruiting staff.They talked really well. I am still waiting for response.
