My interview process was Very upbeat , modern, engaging, detailed with information, personal, and fun. I enjoyed it and was able to actually be myself without being nervous. UDR gives you a great interview process experience. I would refer and recommend this company if you are interesting in being successful. Recruiter called, pretty simple interview, Then interviewed with the community Manager. I felt welcome and was given the information that I needed to know. Tosha & Thomas made the entire process enjoyable & comfortable.
