J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez UDig (Richmond, VA) en févr. 2017
Entretien
I was contacted on LinkedIn by a recruiter to fill a specific question. The first round was a phone interview with the recruiter, then an in-person. After that, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The final round is a full leadership, panel type interview that included the CEO and directors. The whole process went rather quickly. It was a straight-forward interview process and there were no "gotcha" style questions. The company is looking for a person that fits their culture, but also allows the candidate to get a good feel for the company itself.

Entretien
I was contacted by an internal recruiter. We discussed my personal goals and how they could possibly align with a role at UDig. Next, I had a 30 minute phone interview with the Director of Engineering. We discussed past projects and work experience, as well as motivations and the opportunities at UDig. A few days later I went onsite to interview with the leadership team. This was panel-style, with the CEO and several directors... fairly casual conversation about several resume bullet points.. seemed like this was primarily to determine culture fit. I received initial feedback the next day that they would like to bring me on board. While ultimately I decided not to accept the offer, UDig has a very professional team with an exciting trajectory ahead of them, and would be a great place to work.
