Group interview of about 20 people. They basically explain to you that the job is actually a sales position which isn’t mentioned at all in the job description. This job requires you to basically to the entire admissions process for the school, you will be calling leads, around 200 a day, conducting an interview for your candidates, and completing the enrollment process for them as well. You’re required to enroll 8 people a month, and you do not get any commission at all. Felt like a scam or like a bait and switch

When I arrived I noticed several people in the lobby/walking in to the "campus" with resumes. I thought it would possibly be like a tabling interview or booth set up, no... We all signed in on paper, and took a tour of the place. Went to a room and were told about the company and essentially told this was essentially a sales position. Then we all had to stand up and tell the other interviewees about ourself... and then told they would call us. Do not waste your time like I did.
