Unprofessional. If you don't ask, they do not offer. I failed to ask some benefit questions and was very disappointed when I found out after starting work. The interview process was just one meeting with the u/w manager and branch manager. Basic u/w questions and experience and, from what I have seen, if they seem to like you personally, than will more likely get the job

Interviewing process was thorough yet streamlined. Wonderful experience from start to finish. Experienced and applicable interviewers as well as a fantastic recruiter. Always knew where they were with next steps.
1 phone interview and 2 in person interviews. 3 week process.
Phone interview with HR head and then interviewed with underwriting management. Last interview was 1 on 1 with head of underwriting. Nothing too difficult.

Phone interview with hiring manager and then a follow up interview with HR to review benefits and other questions pertained to the role. Zoom interview lasted for sixty minutes with conversational questions about experience.
