The interview process was quick and easy! I applied for the role and a recruiter reach out to me for a phone interview in less than a week and the phone interview was AMAZING. Made me feel comfortable right from the beginning answering all my questions. From there I moved through the process of have a video interview with the direct Manager and then two phone interviews with a colleague and a peer. The peer interview was awesome and new for me! I am so impressed of the whole process and how the lines of communication stayed opened.

Three level interview process with different managers. Came through the rising stars program which is more entry level consultancy. Tested about 40 candidates on one date and selected a few to interview after testing to go through level interview process.
