It was a panel interview. There were 3 managers asking multiple scenario questions. Some were easy and others you really had to think. Overall it was a great interview process.

The screening process began with a phone interview. The next step was to tape a video Q & A session on your own. The final step was a live video interview with four people.

I applied upon an employee referral. I received an invite to complete a video interview. 4 days later the HR rep reached out to me to schedule a panel interview. There were three people in the panel interview, but their openness made it very comfortable and conversational. I received an offer later the same day of interview. Very fast interview process.
