They contacted me from my LinkedIn Profile. After a screening conversation with the Recruiter, I interviewed with the hiring manager and two other senior managers over the phone. They were prompt and conversational. The questions were probing, and not tricky. It felt like you were talking to people you would want to work with. A couple of appointments needed to be re-scheduled, and this was done promptly. I never went more than a few days without an update. The offer is competitive and generous. I would have been impressed with the company whether I got an offer or not.
