Applied online. Participated in a 10 minute phone interview about 9 days later. Scheduled on-site interview immediately after phone interview for 3 days later. Took online personality test before on-site interview. Interview took approximately 1.5 hours, and included 45 minutes of questions and a 45 minute tour of the facility. Received a call with a job offer about 6 days after on-site interview.

Nothing unexpected. Review what the company does, what it's history is, and where the home office is. Initial interview is with HR, with a follow-up interview with a supervisor from the department. A few open-ended questions

Easy casual feel, questions were all pretty common with a few job specific what would you do’s thrown in. First round was over the phone with final interview in person.

Entretien
Due to the difficulties of the spreading of Covid, the process was longer than both side expected and prolonged for the preparation of the construction of the laboratory. However, in the end, the company did reply and check on the applicants throughout the process. In my opinion, they did what they could.
