Challenging and fair. Comfortable engagement with a sincere back and forth to gain insight on Ultatel's culture, opportunity and my skill set. Interviewer seemed equally interested with my questions and explanations.

Entretien
It is a painfully long process from initial call to in-person. Interviewers are not knowledgeable about selling and the US sales process. There is no formal or documented sales plan nor compensation model. Company appears to be financed by a foreign company which delays their process further. They have no real offices right now, it is rented spaces.
