Nice interviewers. They ask questions relevant to your ability to work with metrics and under constant evaluation in order to support your success. They wanted to know if you are going to be committed to their process in order to succeed with their business model.
You have to be interviewed about 4 times, by the owners and management staff. They ask a lot of questions, and it was uncomfortable. I understand that they have to be careful, but they are just looking for top producers that they can work to death to make their expenses each month, and not pay them for their efforts
