Brief interview. Just 15 mins over phone, going through my resume and ask some questions about the job position i applied for. No technical questions, cause UNDP itself is just a NGO and does not need fancy algorithm or something.

I applied for their design sprint, it was a 2 stage interview. They didn't follow thier timeline. They have poor feedback channel. They didn't respond to questions in their social media post.

It was an online interview on Zoom. The interview went smoothly. The asked mostly behavioral/ competency based questions and only 2 technical questions. Afterwards they also asked if I had a question for them.
