The interview went well and consisted of questions like motivation, technical questions and situational questions. They have also tested my language skills needed for this position by asking questions in these languages. In the end I was also able to ask my questions. The panel seemed to be positive and interested.

Why do you want to work for us and why did you apply for this role?
The process takes about 2 months. Once shortlisted, I was asked to do a written test which takes about 2 hours to complete. The test focus on managerial experience rather than technical knowledge. After, I was asked to join the interview with four panels in the room. The interview was virtual.

interview process takes longer than you can imagine. The process starts with an initial HR call, then a written assessment/exam, then an actual interview. It took a while to hear back from HR. then I had to fill in my referees. My referees were contacted via email. I was then given an offer afterwards.
