Shortlisted for written assessment after 1 month from close of applications. Invitation for the test allowed only 4 days of preparations, which as highly inadequate. Took the test in 2 hours. was really tough and challenging for some one who has never worked for UNDP. I felt the time given was inadequate and no surprise, I was not successfully.

It was a 40 minutes-interview with four panel members. Three were speaking English, one was speaking French as a native speaker (post was based in a French speaking country). The panel leader provided a good explanatory introduction about the interview, the type of answers expected from me: short and concise. Unfortunately, they insisted heavily on the fact I was the last candidate, that they were in hurry and had no more time to waste. It was a bit stressful. Questions were not technical but competency-based type.
