Firstly there was a test in which you had to elaborate a proposal/brief within grassroots solutions.
Secondly if you made it to the interview there were questions related to your career and profile.

What are your skills that can be useful for us?
Asked about experience within grassroots organizations, and research.
The interview process was very long. It took them more than a month to inform me about the interview, and the same amount of time after the interview. But the interview was nice, not easy at all. They want to hear your opinion about the stuff related to their cluster.

Introduction, about gender equality, and teamwork.
Was about 3 rounds with a complex practice test testing for various relevant skills. Make sure to do research on the initiatives happening on a global level to reference in the interview. It will also help give you opportunities to find areas to connect with.

The interviewer was friendly and the atmosphere was relaxed, it takes 30 mins longs. will take about why you match this position and also your project experienced. also team work
