I did submit resume and cover letter online. After 3 weeks, I recieved an email that I was selected for written test and we set a schedule. The test was emailed to me at an exact time and I have 3 hours to complete the test. In order to answer those questions, I needed to have experience and knowledge of project, its process and documentation.The written test was given with 6 questions and 3 hours to complete
