The application process was really easy because they needed desirable help. They had a lot of labor to and not a lot of workers. I sat there and answered like 6 questions and I started work the next week.

The interview was very casual and in a relaxed setting. Questions were about commute plans, past job experiences, and work availability. The interviewer also gave a brief background about the company, job description, and hiring process to manage expectations

I applied online after seeing a sign posted on the side of the street. I got a call, did the interview, did the physical/agility test, drug test, and was hired.
