Entretien
I saw the call for applications on the website, and applied through email by sending my P11 and updated CV. Within 3 days I received a reply from the HR associate, inviting me for an interview and exam at their office. I received an offer that same day.
I had a 30-minute interview that was very cordial and informational. I was asked about my interest in the role, relevant experience, and transferable skills. I was able to ask all my questions about the role and better understand the expectations of the job.

Entretien
Application sent to UNHCR via email. The interview invitation was received via email. The interview was held via phone call with Protection Legal Officer which went for about thirty minutes or so.
First a written test of about 2-3 hours, followed by an interview with a panel.
I was interviewed by 4 people in total (2 were HR). The interview lasted about 30-40 and each of them asked about 2 questions.
The questions were competency based questions.
