J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez UNICEF (New York, NY) en mars 2017
Entretien
2 panel interviews + a last interview took place. First interview was held over phone, the panel was consisted of HR person, a person from a section, the supervisor, and one more staff member. Second interview was a bilateral with my supervisor. The final was just to check my acceptance. Overall, the interview followed the competency-based questions, not only technical knowledge, but more focused on how you have learned and how that experience can be applied to the current position.

Competency based interview implies normally to provide several/different examples. It may occur that the questions from the panel insist that you answer based on a single example. You may end in not knowing what to add to answer properly.
