How I managed conflict situation by giving an example.
The interview process was smooth and very conversational, which made it easy to feel comfortable throughout. The interviewers were approachable and open, and they took the time to clearly answer any questions I had. Overall, the experience felt professional yet engaging.
However, one thing to note is that the timeline can be a bit long—you may need to wait around 2–3 weeks before moving on to the final interview stage.

Applied in late December. Written test in late January with three questions related to the job description. Panel interview in February. Competency based and motivational questions for approximately 30 min work a couple of minutes for questions about the role. Second interview with Director level in April. Background check in May and started in June.

Email about being invited to the first assessment came 3 weeks after my application. After a few days, I received an email for the panel interview. The interview was alright: 4 panellists, a 45-minute interview and 4 questions around professional experience and the lessons picked. They chose someone else for the position; the rejection email came 3 weeks after the interview. Everyone was so nice during the process
