J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez UNICEF en déc. 2012
Entretien
Online application in the recruitment system + a cover letter. From the closing date within 6 weeks the shortlisted candidates (5) were sent a written test which was very technical and had to be responded to within 2 hours. It was marked anonymously. The top 3 candidates were then called for a phone interview by a panel of 4 people. It took over 2 months from the interview to get the results.

Question 1
UNICEF uses competency-based interviews - the panel had chosen some relevant competencies and the response had to demonstrate the specific competency from past experience.
There was a competency-based interview, approx 30 min. Several general competency questions and a couple of technical questions. Went fine, I did not receive a job offer though, yet experience was just good.

Interview consisted of two parts, an automated video assessment and an oral interview. The automated interview had two questions and each question was allocated five minutes of recording time. the automated interview also allowed you to repeat the question once. The questions were fair enough and were context specific . The oral interview was competency based and took about forty minutes.
