The interviewers were 3 which is really amazing had a very clean and honest conversation with responsive conversations.
It was interesting with amazing conversations. They were very open to what they want in an intern.

The panel was very friendly. They asked some general questions about my experiences and asked a situational question. They spent the first 15 minutes thinking about the organization and their projects.

The interview was conducted virtually and included questions from several different panelist from various fictional areas across the organization. It lasted for about 30 minutes in total before the conversation concluded.

It was around only 15 minutes long. Before interview, I needed to submit the resume and recommendation letter by anyone. If you passed that, you can do job interview with UNICEF.
