phone call, general questions, nothing out of the ordinary for an interview in my opinion. Asked about my prior work experience in non gov orgs, asked about my MA program, and then turned to typical next step questions

Entretien
There were three rounds and it was a very difficult interview. They asked questions from academics and proffesional course done. It was not a stress type of interview and they made me quite comfortable and allowed me to relax. They kind of do some phychoanalysis also i guess.
