Very easy, light weight questions about professional experience and expectations towards the position. I felt I wasn’t a good match though, and let them know on the spot. Received the offer anyway
The interview had very fair, competency-based questions. The panel was friendly, engaging, and open to hearing various examples from my humanitarian work experience, making the discussion insightful and very welcoming.
Took 4 weeks and in between two interviews, reference checks and offer, depend on the nature of works other positions can take up to 2 months long before the decision is made
