The process is poorly designed. They ask you to complete the longest list of requirements (asking for your salary expectations upfront before giving you any additional information about the role than what it in the JD, technical test, psychological test, references, practical test, interview with HR... etc) before even meeting a person from your future team. The HR person has vague information about the role and gives you wrong information about the role and responsibilities. The JD listed a long number of skills but in reality they use like 2. Of course they don't share any feedback afterwards.
