The interview is sometimes a group one, but my interview was one-on-one. Lasted roughly 15-30 mins, pretty straightforward and I tried my best to relate my answers and past experience to the company culture.

Group interview, asking about previous customer service roles mostly. Asked about what we know about uniqlo and why we like the brand - you should talk about their choice of materials and the classic, timeless and versatile look of the clothes
The first interview was a zoom call and the second interview was a group interview. They asked simple question and the interviewer were both very kind. The zoom call was more of casual interview
