Entretien
The first round was an anonymous 3 part test where you had a set time to complete, second round panel interview on the phone with members of different funds, or at least mine was because they were hiring across fund group
They follow a competency-based interview model where the candidate is asked to describe specific relevant experiences concerning the preferred competencies of the organization. The interview lasts for about 30-40mins and usually has an international panel.

First step: CV + personal letter Second step: Written assignment with 24h deadline Third step: Interview with pre-defined questions which you got a chance to prepare for. About 45-60 minute interview for 4-5 questions.
