Met recruiter on campus. Completed application & received invitation for SparkHire, where you video record answers. Just got email that my responses were forwarded to hiring manager. Waiting to hear response from hiring manager now.

Very long process, multiple stages to the interview over the course of about 2-3 months. Not very difficult interviews, but very time consuming. Three stages of online interviews, then a written assessment in their office.

Applied online. Followed up with an email and phone call. Received a personality test invite online. A few weeks later I was scheduled for my first interview.
