J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez US Foods (Tempe, AZ) en mars 2019
Entretien
The beginning of the interview was an elaborate "test" to ascertain my willingness to "pitch in and help". It felt very artificial, and it was obvious that if you didn't pass their test they would not offer you a position.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez US Foods (Phoenix, AZ) en oct. 2017
Entretien
After applying online, I was contact by a recruiter within 2 weeks who asked for my availability for an on-site interview. Once I sent my availability, the recruiter scheduled an interview. I was originally scheduled to interview with a Senior Manager, but she had an emergency in which I had to interview with one of her employees. The interview went great. I received a call from the recruiter 2 weeks later in which the recruiter said I was the top candidate and was going to work on wrapping up the process and sending me an offer. Even after waiting one month, I was never contacted. As soon as the New Year crossed to 2018, the recruiter emailed me regarding a secondary on-site interview in which I had already accepted an offer with another company. I was very much considering their company given that I received an offer, but they acted too slow. I received an offer from a better company, so all is well.
