Super quick made their decision on the spot. Super flexible with the start date. Didn’t call references asked me questions that was short and to the point. They asked me a little bit of my outside life to get a feel if I would be reliable but nothing to personal

Very informal and not anything to be worried about. Pretty much just like having a conversation about your past experiences and what you were looking for, definitely didn't make me feel uncomfortable or nervous. You will pretty much be able to tell by the end of the interview whether or not you will be offered the job.
