Received email for job interview. No contact with a person until you went to interview. Actual interview was confusing and not sure if you were going on to next step. Than next step was again email. Than a phone call to fill out paper work. You go to district headquarters not actual office you would work.

There is no interview process. You just get selected, and have to pass a process for your background and fingerprints. After that you do a shadow day, to decided if thats a job you want to do.

There is not an interview for this position. Just apply online, pass the background screening and receive your start date. Best time to apply is for the holiday season. I was hired on for the holiday season and received a call back in less than a month after the season ended to return back for a 360 position.
