Completed Application online, which took 3-4 hours. Submitted Background check questions which took 5 hours. Took "Skills Exam, which was scheduled 10 days out and took 3 hours. Finally was called or emailed for a 45 minute talk/interview with Supervisor and 2-5 other interviewees. Interview questions were broad, basic and general. Easy questions.
