I didn’t really have a interview. I just got a few different emails asking if I want to accept the job offer. It took about 5 weeks to get the confirmation email since I had to wait for the background check to clear. I also had to go in to get fingerprints done. But after all that I did the orientation.

There is no interview. They hire anybody with a pulse who filled out the application. You will get a random e-mail one day saying you're hired and to fill out the background check information.
