Basic questions, not a very formal process, more of a casual conversation. The Post Master and I ended up discussing our families, where we were from originally, and other unrelated personal information. The only real questions were regarding a brief history of work experience, and physical capabilities in order to perform the job.

Easy I just sat down with the post master and we talked for 20 minutes. Not many questions where asked besides why I wanted to work for the post office.
