The hiring process took about 6.5 weeks. It's 2 tests, 3 background checks (security, driving record, and criminal), drug screening, interview, conditional job offer w/ forms and medical assesment, and, if all checks out, an actual job offer is made via phone call and orientation/start date is given along with the hiring location.
