On 7/13/15 Received an assessment invitation for the 473 exam for 7/17/15 which was based on address corrections and a memory section which was the hardest. Received score via email shorty after leaving the building. Passed with a score of 80.10. I received another email for residency verification and driving record background check on 7/20/15, you have three days to complete these actions. Received anther email for drug test on 7/23/15. On 7/29 got an email to attend an interview on 7/31/15. The interview was fairly quick, went over information on application and asked me 12 question about myself and situation resolutions. The interviewer was to the point,friendly and letting me know the job was not career. He stated this job can be very stressful, but i love a challenge and cant wait to prove myself. He told me to keep checking my emails several times a day including your spam folder. On 8/6/15 received another gis background check email which i already did. Thinking i received it in error i called the post office an he informed me to take care of any email i receive and so i did. Waiting for another email or phone call. Hope i land this job because it will be the one i retire from.

Pour, there was no interview. Everyone is welcome to apply for this”government ” job. I personally think that the whole process should be changed. Employees should be the face of this company.
