Short, wanted to know your background and experineces.They asked if my driving license was up to date.They asked if I could take all kinds of out door weather and function in it.They asked if I worked well with other people and could handle stress and deadlines.They asked if I ahd any issues with lifting and bending and being on a tight schedule

Easy no face to face everything through email background check, motor vehicle check, then you get a offer for orientation the pre exam easy it changed a little bit, but go in orientation is about 4 days and next week a shallow and you on your own great job
No interview really. Once you get called in they don't even interview you. Just need to pass the background check. I thought I was going to get interviewed but they just finger printed and asked basic questions about yourself. Again it wasn't an interview. I already had the job, they just want to place you where you want to go.
