Apply online, setup an appointment. When you show up for your interview, you will see 30 other people in a room. They setup 20-30 interviews on a same time slot. Average wait is 2 hours. Some just left. I watched the same video clip over and over while waiting.

Very long process, took a few months before they contacted back. You enter with a group of people, and one by one you're called into a room to conduct a face to face interview.
