Phone interview - unannounced. Then, I had a 1 on 1 interview with the manager I would report to. Finally, I met with the Lead OIE for the final portion of the interview process. I was offered the position during that time.

Applied after being reached out from recruiter. Applied through the site and then received an invitation to interview. It was a zoom interview. Lasted 30 minutes. Depends on what locations you select you get the interview panelists.

Easy situational questions. Star format style. In front of a panel. A good number of questions. About 30 minutes. Not many technical questions. Somewhat relaxed interview style. Travel sometimes for interview.

Round table interview style with a panel of interviewers it took 1 to 2 hours to complete, behavioral and professional background questions. Afterwards, a tour of the workplace at a mail processing facility
