Applied online. 2 months later notified via snail mail of next phase. Went to Rosslyn, VA. Placed in room with 12-15 other candidates. Given multiple choice and essay tests. Passed. Placed in small room with 2 veteran special agents. Questions mainly regarding study material I had been provided and personal character.
It was as described in the brochure. It was fine. Physical exam was average difficulty and in-person interview was easy. Interviewers were friendly and inviting making me feel like it was a meaningful position.

Interviewer read straight from a piece of paper and was just filling out a checkbox. It seems like the decision was made before I walked in. Felt like a waste of time
