All employees are Indian with very thick accents making it difficult to understand what they are saying. They insist they are located in New Jersey, yet caller ID indicates many locations all over the country, suggesting they are actually located in India. They call as early as 6AM and as late as 10PM, always pushing you to submit photocopies of your ID, bank information, everything. Every email, every form is riddled with grammatical errors. Nothing about this company inspires any confidence whatsoever.
