Applied online in 2010, HR contacted me a month later to go over basic info. Interviewed over the phone with the hiring manager. Flew out for twice for all day interviews with people from 9-5 including lunch. Fairly intense but not that difficult. They made an offer and I countered since I wasn't really sold on the place. They matched the counter and I accepted it. (Wish I had not) Background check and drug test took forever. Had to give them the ultimatum to either wrap it up or forget the offer. Background took 3 months.
