Long, the application, then the assesments, phone interview, face interview, back ground check - about 2 months. I was an employee referral, so I did get an interview with my first application, but I know some people have to apply numerous times. It is a top notch employer, but difficult to get a foot in the door. Worth it.

Entretien
The interview process for this job was a 2 step process. First I had the HR interview with basic behavioral questions. Then Second interview was a 1:1 interview with more behavioral questions.
