J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez USAA (San Antonio, TX) en mai 2017
Entretien
The interview process was excessively long. It consisted of 1 HR screening call, hiring manager screening call, team screening call, and 4 hour in-person interview. The majority of the questions were behavior and some straight forward technical questions.

I found this interview to be very poor, and I don't think I am all to blame. First, the person spoke English as a second language and was hard to understand. I am hoping me asking him to repeat things was not misinterpreted as I didn't know what he was talking about, when in actuality, I just couldn't make out what he said. He also was very critical of my previous work. He asked about models I had built in the past and when I briefly described one, he jumped all over it about how I had like done it wrong. Then when we asked me if I knew what certain statistic and modeling terms were, he seemed to not like my correct answers because they weren't how he would have said it or weren't some super technical textbook definition. Also, I was very annoyed that the job posting didn't mention R or Python once, but SAS and SQL instead. The interviewer stressed how they use R and Python more and seemed disappointed when I said while I know all of them, I have had more practice and am most familiar with SAS.
In the end, I was turned down, and I am ok with that.
