it was the basic "tell me about a time you_____" (succeeded / failed) - how you handled it and what the outcome was... "tell me about a time a customer left unsatisfied" / "tell me about..." etc etc

tell me about a time a customer left unsatisfied with the call. what had happened/ how did you handle it/ and what did you do next
You apply online and if chosen to move forward in the process, will be given an online assessment. After a couple of weeks if not given the notification you did not pass the assessment, you will be contacted by a recruiter to schedule a over the phone interview. After the phone interview you will either be told they will get back with you with a decision (meaning you will not be moving forward) or immediately tell you if they can schedule an in person interview. Will go in person for an interview and you will be interviewed by two individuals, one on the phone and one in person. They will ask you questions and go over a role play scenario to see how you can fit the role. Will take about a week to get back to you letting you know if you got the job or not. Overall, it's a lengthy process and can takw up to 2 months.

Entretien
The process took about 2 weeks. Had a phone interview with the recruiter first, then set up a second interview at the campus. Once there interviews with two more recruiters.
