1st was the online assessment try to be as consistent as possible with the answers it is designed to see if you waver and give different answers to similar questions. 2nd was the phone interview. Be very positive and outgoing. Let them know you want the job! Answer the questions VERY detailed. Look up STAR method and practice answering common questions. Ex. Why do you want to work here, tell me about a time.... 3rd was the face to face interview. This is where you really must answer the questions using the STAR method. Be confident positive. It’s ok to be nervous but work through it. Overall from the assessment to the face to face interview it takes a good week or longer in between to hear anything from the company. Be patient. USAA is a great company to work for. Remember their values when answering questions, do your research about the company.
