Took some time to hear back maybe 3 weeks
Got a phone call to schedule phone interview.
Got told I have a second interview at the end of first phone interview.
They will have you do a role-play which I found the most challenging simply because I was nervous. The role play will have a product for you to sell. You have to find which products will best fit that particular customers needs. Do not sell something they do Not need. USAA is about doing what’s right for the customer not generating revenue. Don’t forget to make small talk with your customer during the role-play
