The first step involved a lengthy online application. I completed that on a Thursday afternoon and had my first phone interview with a recruiter on Tuesday morning. At the end of that 30-40 minute call, the recruiter scheduled my follow up interview with a manager for Thursday. I had my second phone interview Thursday afternoon which lasted for almost an hour. I received positive feedback and received the request to complete the required drug testing Friday morning. It took a little longer to get the drug testing completed and get my "formal" offer, but within a week I pretty much knew the position was mine.
The first three days of employment were an orientation, then I started my training program. You will need to have full availability for the first 8-12 weeks of employment. Training days are mandatory and attendance is pretty strict. But after completing training, the company has a very generous PTO policy.
Overall the application and interview process was pretty easy and quick. I had two phone interviews and that's it. No zoom/video call, no in-person interviews even though the position was an in-person position.
